| Dr.
Lang Elliott, the founder of TriStar Pictures,
is responsible for the Company's motion picture, television
and distribution product planning and operations as
well as management of staff and corporate financing.
He also designed and oversees the development of SUNN
CLASSIC's new studio and theme park complex. Dr. Elliott,
who has over 34 years of experience within the entertainment
industry, received Academy Award nominations for "SOLDIER
OF ORANGE" and "THE MAGIC OF LASSIE" starring
James Stewart and Mickey Rooney. He produced features
including "THE BILLION DOLLAR HOBO," "THE
PRIZE FIGHTER" starring Tim Conway and Don Knotts,
and "THE LONGSHOT" with executive producer
Mike Nichols. Dr. Elliott also produced and directed "THE
PRIVATE EYES" starring Tim Conway and Don Knotts;
and "CAGE" as well as "CAGE II" starring
Lou Ferrigno and Reb Brown. Additional credits include "DORF
ON GOLF" and the "DORF" home video series
with Tim Conway; and a series for the Fox Television
Network entitled "BOYS WILL BE BOYS" starring
Matthew Perry. Dr. Elliott is also a member of the
Directors Guild of America(DGA). Dr. Elliott is a Vietnam
Veteran and has donated much of his time to help veterans
by producing the annually televised awards production, "The AMERICAN VETERANS
AWARD SHOW" (AVA) in conjunction with The
Veterans Foundation, Inc. (VFI). Dr. Lang Elliott
has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree
in Finance, a Master of Arts Degree in Finance
and a Doctorate in Finance.
Dr.
Hugh Kelley has been an accomplished screenplay writer
for the past 20 years, authoring over 31 motion picture
and television screenplays. He originally met and
established a relationship with Dr. Lang Elliott during
the early days of TriStar Pictures. Dr. Kelley’s
writing talents were recognized and, after 20 years,
Elliott and Kelley are still working together. Dr.
Kelley leads SUNN CLASSIC’s literary property
division. His other responsibilities include the acquisition
and development of new film, television, and cable
and video product. Dr. Kelley has received the "Poets,
Editors and Writers Award” and was also a nominee
in the Hollywood Media Access Awards. In addition to
television and cable, he has also authored six books
for children and, as a Hanshi Kudan (9th Grade Black
Belt) in Karate Do, Goshin Do and Kobu Do, Dr. Kelley
has written several Martial Arts Books as well as having
authored the screenplays for "CAGE and CAGE II" and
the $56 million MGM film production entitled "WARRIORS
OF VIRTUE." In addition to his writing experience,
Dr. Kelley also had his own daily television show,
which he wrote, hosted, produced and directed.
Dr. Hugh Kelley has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Creative Writing and a Master of Arts Degree in
Creative Writing as well as a Ph.D. in Literary
Arts and Publishing.
Mr.
Wetherwax leads the technology and music divisions of SUNN
CLASSIC, and is responsible for motion picture,
cable, DVD and new media television and theme
park musical development. He is also responsible
for the post-production of sound effects, dialog and
musical scores. In addition to his two degrees in Computer
Science he also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Music Composition and Directing. Mr. Wetherwax began
his young professional career at the age of 9 and has
worked within the entertainment industry for over 30
years. He has composed, directed and performed musical
scores for a number of productions including CBS TV's "TWILIGHT
ZONE," "LASSIE," "MIDNIGHT" with
Lynn Redgrave and "TIDES OF WAR." He worked
with writer-producer-director, Oliver Stone, on the
film, "TALK RADIO." Mr. Wetherwax has also
worked with Graham Nash on "LIFESIGHS" and
was a GOLDEN REEL WINNER for "TALES OF THE CRYPT." In
Michael's younger years, he was also a member of
the band TOTO. In recent years, he has also written
many articles for national magazines and other publications
related to the music industry.
Mr. Ray Jensen is
the President of SUNN CLASSIC's Distribution
Division. This division manages SUNN CLASSIC’s
film distribution and provides counsel in financing,
business planning and product acquisition. Mr. Jensen
has over 35 years of experience in the motion picture
industry and has established and operated three motion
picture companies. He began his career at American
National Enterprises where he handled distribution
of the title, “ALASKAN SAFARI.” The film
was marketed on a regional basis for over five years
throughout the United States and Canada. This afforded
Mr. Jensen the ability to learn the marketing of motion
pictures from a ground roots level as he developed
a form of distribution known as “Four Walling.” The
film grossed over $15 million. In 1971, Jensen was
hired by the executives of the Schick Razor Company
to start SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES; he produced and distributed
over thirty television and feature films spanning over
the next ten years. In addition, he put into place
nine sales offices around the world, which ultimately
established SUNN as the largest independent motion
picture company of that time. In 1981, Taft Broadcasting
Corporation purchased SUNN CLASSIC, and Mr. Jensen
was appointed President of Taft International Pictures.
While at Taft, Mr. Jensen established branch offices
around the world. Throughout his career, Mr. Jensen
has distributed and marketed over fifty feature films
worldwide including titles such as “IN SEARCH OF NOAH’S
ARK,” “CHARIOTS
OF THE GODS,” “OUTERSPACE CONNECTION,” “BROTHER
OF THE WIND,” “BERMUDA TRIANGLE,” and “THE
LIFE AND TIMES OF GRIZZLY ADAMS,” which was
subsequently developed by Jensen as a television
series that aired on The NBC Network for three years.
Mr.
Reb Brown is Vice President of SUNN CLASSIC’s
distribution entity, working directly with Mr. Ray
Jensen. He is also a board member of SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES,
INC. His other responsibilities include ensuring SUNN
CLASSIC PICTURES, INC. future growth and stability
within the industry. Having over 20 years of filmmaking
experience, Mr. Brown is a valued production executive
who has many television credits, including his leading
role as "CAPTAIN
AMERICA" in the network series. Additionally,
Mr. Brown has starred in over 27 feature films including "UNCOMMON
VALOR" with Gene Hackman, "CAGE," and "CAGE
II," "BIG WEDNESDAY" and "FLIGHT
OF THE INTRUDER." Mr. Brown was also nominated
for "Best Actor" at the Australian Academy
Awards for his performance in the motion picture entitled "DEATH
OF A SOLDIER." Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor
of Arts Degree from the University of Southern
California.
John D. Warren, CFA
Corporate Director
John D. Warren graduated
from the Georgia Institute of Technology. While
at Georgia Tech Mr.Warren served twice as class
president. He was a representative to the Tech
Student Government and a delegate to the National
Collegiate Student Government convention. He was
inducted into the Ramblin Wreck Leadership Club
as a sophomore and was inducted into the Kosime
Honor Society, where he served as president. He
received a B.S.I.M. Degree and was a member of
the Dean’s Honor Roll his last two years
of study. Upon graduation, he served as an officer
in the US Navy after which he was employed by an
international management-consulting firm for five
years. He has been a financial consultant since
1976. He was a co-founder of Cornerstone Management
Inc. and was the founder of Financial Advisory
Consultants, a Registered Investment Advisor. Mr.
Warren earned the prestigious Chartered Financial
Analysts ("CFA") designation in 1993.
Glen A. Fradenburg

After graduating with
a B.A. in Finance from AuburnUniversity, Mr.
Fradenburg gained fourteen years experience
in the financial services industry. He worked in
management with Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. before
serving as a Vice President at Paine-Webber where
he served high net worth individuals and corporate
clients. His last position in the financial industry
was First Vice President-Investment Offices of
Dain Rauscher, Inc. in Midland, Texas. Mr. Fradenburg
left to become a foundation director and was responsible
for raising millions of dollars to support Christian
ministries, before assuming his role at Bsafe in
2001. Mr. Fradenburg is currently CEO of Bsafe
Online Inc., the leading developer and provider
of integrated interest security services to the
SOHO marketplace.
Dr. Marilyn Kennedy

Dr. Marilyn
Kennedy wrote
and produced the Emmy Award winning documentary film
entitled: "AWAY FROM
THE HOUSE ON THE HILL." She also authored the
textbook "OH GOD! - OH FREUD!" Dr. Kennedy
participated in the Pasadena Playhouse theatrical productions,
the "PLAYHOUSE 90" and the "HALLMARK
HALL OF FAME" television productions, as well
as Academy Awards show presentations. Dr. Marilyn Kennedy
was the subject of a Westinghouse Broadcasting documentary
entitled: "NO LAST ACT," which traced her
transition from Actress/Writer to becoming a member
of the clergy and the Director of the St. John's Home
For Girls. Her versatility ranges from: Actress, Author,
Professor, Guest Lecturer, Interviewer, Interviewee,
Clinical Supervisor and host of Radio and Television
Shows where she interviewed both authorities and noted
celebrities on a wide variety of subjects. Dr. Marilyn
Kennedy has a doctorate degree in Psychology and Organizational
Development. She has a M.S.W. in Psychiatric Social
Work, a M.S. in Social Work and a B.A. degree in Sociology/Psychology.
Her Honors include: Graduate Summa Cum Laude, Who's
Who in America, and Fellow, Meninger Foundation. Dr.
Kennedy holds membership in The American Psychological
Association, The American Association of Pastoral Counselors,
The National Association of Social Workers, The Screen
Actors Guild (SAG), and The American Federation of
Television & Radio Artists (AFTRA).

Jerry Virnig

related to motion pictures and television production
